Mustafa Hassonjee is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Tricone Group, where he leads the firm’s design vision and development strategy. He believes that lasting value emerges when creativity is guided by discipline, clarity, and attention to detail.

He holds a degree in Architecture from Nagpur University and a Master of Urban Design from Pratt Institute, New York. With over three decades of experience, Mustafa has worked across architecture, urban design, and development, guiding projects from early feasibility through execution. Creative by instinct and precise in practice, he brings a strong sensitivity to context, scale, and materiality.

His exposure to global cities and cultures informs a design approach that is both refined and practical. As CEO, he ensures that design ambition remains aligned with constructibility, cost discipline, and long-term performance.
