What started as a simple construction firm has now evolved to a full scale enterprise with three primary divisions that serve to tackle the design, build, and management phases of the development lifecycle.
Design Build Studio
At Tricone, we believe architecture transcends just form and aesthetics - it is an experience shaped by insight, innovation, and intuition of which the success hinges on careful coordination between planning and execution.
That is why unlike traditional architectural firms or general contractors, we chose to create our own Design Build studio, which combines the skills and expertise of both architectural designers as well as engineers and construction professionals into one team focused on delivering thoughtfully designed spaces that are constructed to the highest standards.
Design Planning
Our coordinated team of designers can complete feasibility studies, space programming, code analysis, landscape design, and construction document set creation.
Design Visualization
Using the latest software and technology, our team delivers excellent renderings, physical and digital models, and VR experiences to bring designs to life.
Master Planning
Detailed conceptual designs, coordination, scheduling of every aspect of large scale projects - from site work to interior finishing - is our forte.
Pre-Construction
Working with our designers from the earliest design stages, our engineering team completes site analysis, feasibility studies, value-engineering, estimating and scheduling.
Construction Management
During our history, one of the most important lessons we learned in development is that in order to bring our project visions to life according to our standard, we only trust our own teams with execution and delivery. That is why we founded our own construction management sector.
Through systemized coordination with our Design Build Studio, our team of highly experienced project managers, site engineers, and contractors work diligently to construct all our projects and ensure they meet all design criteria and exceed all construction standards. The outcome is a delivery model that upholds Tricone’s hallmark values of precision,timeliness, and uncompromising quality.
BIM-driven Coordination
Our team has tremendous experience working with BIM to create schedules and track progression of construction activity.
Procurement and Estimation
Through our extensive network of suppliers, our team specializes in selection and procurement of the highest quality supplies and materials for all our developments
Land Clearing and Site Development
In addition to building, our construction team is highly experienced at preparing sites for construction, which includes clearing the land, regrading, infrastructure development, and utilities planning.
QA/QC Oversight
We rely on the highest trained superintendants and project managers to oversee and track the quality of all construction work happening on site, to ensure our execution not only meets but exceeds building codes.
Tricone Hotels
At the Tricone Group, we know above all else that the journey of a developments project doesn't just end after design and construction. There is always the resident and visitor experience to manage, and improvements that can be made post construction.
This is what inspired us to pursue the development of a hotel project in Saudi Arabia for pilgrims and gave us valuable experience in property management for a major tourist destination with a high guest turnover rate.
The Tricone Hotels division represents our step forward in bringing our past experience with hospitality management to our other projects, partnering with hotel brands like ITC and industry legends like Nakul Anand.
Hotel Master Planning
We understand that the design and master planning of hotels is a completely different challenge, which is why our Hotels division follows its own design and consultancy planning phase, specializing in thoughtful site design and amenity planning.

The upkeep of a property hinges on the quailty of systems and teams for continued maintenance, which is why our team specializes in procurement through our extensive network of vendors and suppliers.
