The RUBIKA institute was partially designed and built by Tricone back in 2010 as part of a JV with other local developers to serve as a satellite campus of the RUBIKA Institute based in France, one of the world's finest and most renowned universities specializing in animation, industrial design, and game design.

Designed and built on a sprawling of over 20 acres, this particular campus building 500,000 sq. ft development that is part of a master plan of over 24 buildings featuring premium amenities.

Located in the bustling city of Pune, this campus is designed for 1100 students to attend class, recreation, and find comforting accomodation.
