Tricone served as a key development and construction partner on the Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust’s Bhendi Bazaar redevelopment in Mumbai, contributing to master planning, infrastructure renewal, tenant relocation, and mixed-use infill development. From 2008 to 2021, Tricone supported the transformation of a historic, high-density district—home to nearly 20,000 residents—while helping preserve and rehabilitate the Raudat Tahera Mausoleum, a central cultural landmark of the community.
